In movies, I seek magic and world-building that take us far, far away and amplify our emotions and laughter.
I am currently working on a feature-length documentary titled “Bigger Picture” and am in the process of writing my feature film debut, a folk horror titled “Podciep”.
In documentary film, I’m drawn to characters from the margins—those who can offer a different perspective on reality and are engaged in social issues. I believe that documentary cinema is a powerful weapon against the growing tide of misinformation.
I graduated in documentary filmmaking from the University of Warsaw and in film directing from the Gdynia Film School. I make documentary films and am just starting out in feature filmmaking. I write screenplays, songs, and children’s stories. Whenever I have time, I escape to the mountains.
